What Deletion Means

Deletion is intended to permanently remove your account from active use. After completion, account access cannot be restored.

Before You Delete

• Review active tickets, bookings, and organizer obligations
• Save any information you may need later
• Understand that some legal records may be retained as required

How to Request Deletion

• Open app settings and go to Account
• Select Delete Account and complete confirmation steps
• Or email privacy@gigartz.com from your registered email address

Processing Window

Deletion requests are processed within a reasonable period based on legal obligations, fraud prevention checks, and system constraints.

Data Retention Exceptions

Certain data may be retained where required by law, dispute resolution, tax or accounting obligations, or platform safety enforcement.
